No. All La Dorée templates are built on Shopify's native theme editor, which means you customise everything through a visual drag-and-drop interface. No code knowledge required.
Our templates are compatible with all Shopify plans, including the Basic plan. You do not need Shopify Plus or any paid apps to use the core template features.
Each template licence covers one Shopify store. If you'd like to use a template across multiple stores, please contact us for a multi-licence arrangement.
Every purchase includes 30 days of access to our AI template support chat. Enter your order number to get template-specific guidance, installation help, and answers to common setup questions.
Because templates are a digital download, we do not offer refunds after the file has been accessed. We encourage you to use the full live preview before purchasing, and reach out with any questions beforehand.

Sit back. Within 3 business days your preview will be ready. We'll email you with the private staging link and revision instructions.

Approve the final version and your store goes live. You'll receive your walkthrough video and your 14-day post-launch support window begins.
Common questions
Yes, you'll need a Shopify account (any plan). We'll ask for collaborator access during onboarding — you remain the account owner at all times and can revoke access after handover.
Logo file (SVG or PNG on transparent background), brand colours (hex codes), your preferred fonts, product photography, and any written copy you have. We'll guide you through the full list in your intake form.
One round of revisions is included — you'll submit all feedback in a single review document and we'll implement it within 24 hours. Additional revision rounds can be added for $150 each.
Additional product upload batches are available as an add-on at $30 per 10 products. Alternatively, we'll provide guidance so you can upload the remainder yourself after handover.

Yes. Customised For You is built on top of a La Dorée template as the foundation. If you're unsure which template to start with, we can advise during the brief review process.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the preview store. Afterpay is available on the initial deposit for eligible amounts.
Yes. We offer monthly retainer packages for ongoing store maintenance, content updates, new section additions, and Shopify app integrations. Retainer clients receive priority turnaround times.

Customised For You starts with a La Dorée template as the foundation and modifies it. The Full Build starts with nothing — a completely original Shopify theme designed and coded from scratch, unique to your store. There is no shared code, no template structure, and no similarity to any other La Dorée store.
$2,800 is the starting price. The final investment depends on the number of pages, complexity of functionality, product count, and any app integrations required. Your scope document will include a fixed project fee with no hidden costs.
Full Build projects are structured as 50% deposit to begin and 50% on delivery of the preview store. For larger projects, a three-payment schedule may be available — ask us during your discovery call.
Yes. UAE Full Build projects are priced in AED and include Tabby or Tamara payment gateway setup, Arabic language configuration, AED pricing display, and all UAE-specific shipping and tax settings.
