Not at all. Everything is done through Shopify's visual Theme Editor — point, click, type. If you can use Instagram, you can customise your template. Our setup guide walks you through every step with screenshots.

Our templates work on all Shopify plans — Basic ($39/month), Shopify ($105/month) and Advanced. You do not need Shopify Plus. The Basic plan is more than enough to get started and start selling.

Each purchase is licensed for one Shopify store. If you need the same template across multiple stores, please contact us and we'll arrange a multi-store licence at a reduced rate.

Your store will have the same layout, typography and structure as the demo. The colours, images and content will be yours — which is what makes it feel unique to your brand. The demo gives you the bones; you bring the personality.

Because our templates are digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. We encourage you to view the live demo store thoroughly before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, please book a free call — we're happy to walk you through it.

After purchase you'll receive a short onboarding form to complete. We'll ask for your Shopify store login (staff access), your logo file, up to 10 product photos and descriptions, your homepage text and tagline, and any specific preferences. Once we have everything, your 3-day delivery clock starts.

Delivery days begin once we have received your completed onboarding form and all required assets — not from the date of purchase. We work Monday to Friday. If you submit on a Friday, your delivery window starts the following Monday. You'll receive a message when your store is ready, followed by a Zoom handover call.

Custom sections are additional page sections built specifically for your brand that don't exist in the base template. After purchase you'll receive an onboarding form where you can select up to 3 from our menu or describe something unique to your business. Popular choices include an interactive size guide, Instagram feed, testimonials carousel, lookbook gallery, before and after comparison, meet the founder split section, press and media logos strip, brand video section, custom product finder quiz, and countdown timer. If you have something else in mind just tell us — if we can build it, we will.

Yes — all purchases can be split into 4 interest-free payments with Afterpay. This is available at checkout automatically. For the DIY Template that's 4 payments of $137.50. For Done For You, 4 payments of $247.50. For Customised For You, 4 payments of $412.50.

Yes. All our services are available priced in AED for UAE-based clients. We also offer UAE-specific setup including Tabby and Tamara buy-now-pay-later gateway integration, Arabic language versions of your store, and knowledge of the local market. Please contact us directly for AED pricing and UAE onboarding.

All purchases include 30 days of email support from the date of delivery. We'll answer questions, help you troubleshoot and guide you through anything that comes up as you get comfortable with your store. After 30 days, ongoing support is available as a monthly retainer — ask us for details.

Yes. If you purchase the DIY template and later decide you'd like us to set it up for you, we'll apply your original template purchase price as a credit toward the Done For You or Customised For You service. Just reach out and we'll organise it.
